I bought this product thinking that this is a full case. I didn't realize that the top part (black in the original images) wasn't part of the skin itself, and since my controller didn't have a separate part for it, I ended up returning the product and buying a different version. I'm sure it's perfect for some controllers but not for me. The item has arrived in perfect condition.
