I have had neck and shoulder problems from sitting and looking at my laptop for a while. Not feeling 100% comfortable going to a physical massage place during COVID, I bought this massager to see if it could help. After using it for a few days (30 minutes a day) I definitely feel less tension and pain in my neck and shoulders.
