I have never used a derma roller but tried it. I'm impressed. This is a good quality product. It even comes with a small storage box. Your skin WILL BE irritated if you use benzoyl peroxide prior to application. When I used benzoyl peroxide, it tingled a bit. Then I used a roller and my face got a little red. It's okay, but I felt a little pain. When I used another facial cleanser everything was fine, no effects. Just a note.
