Review on HUION H610X Chromebook Supported Battery Free by Dorian Bharadwaj

I am updating my review because my husband said he needed to install the Huion drivers to make it work for him and the package installed the server on his drive. He believes that's why he got hacked and had to reformat his drive and reinstall everything. It is not known if he was hacked as a result, but the driver pack placed a backdoor on his drive. A word of warning about software from unknown sources. ------------------------------- I got this for my husband who is a draftsman CAD. He has also worked in 3D graphics and animation. Drawing tablets help a lot. He owns several Wacom tablets and was initially very impressed with the build quality and size of the Huion tablet. He told me that it worked out of the box, no drivers were needed and that it had more features than his old Wacom tablets. That's when he first tried it on his laptop with Windows 7. When he sat down at his desktop, he said it worked like a mouse. He couldn't achieve all the other functions (tilt, compression) that he was so impressed with. He went to Huion website and installed the latest driver and now he just gets an error message. Yesterday I was ready to write a 5 star review and I will write if he can make this work with Windows 10. He really liked it and had a lot of good things to say about how well it works in Windows 7, but I told him, I don't think many people use Windows 7 anymore and I don't know how useful that information would be. will update and update this review if he can get it working on windows 10. He has installed Windows 10 Pro Edition Version 21H1 installed on July 24, 2020, OS Build 19043.1052, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.2020.0 and HuionTablet_WinDriver_v15. 3.19. .174.exe ----- Update to see the software worked after reinstalling Win 10. user error.
