Review on Homelux Theory Reusable Silicone Preserving by Matt Davis

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The perfect grocery bag

I was afraid that the bags would be difficult to open and close, but that's not the case at all. Very easy if you do it right (look at my picture with the blue arrows). If you feel like the resistance is closing, then you're probably doing it wrong. I usually buy my special gluten free bread weekly and freeze it already sliced to toast everyday and the bag is great for that. I also usually take a home made lunch to the office from home and these bags are great for salad so I can prepare a fresh meal at lunchtime. This keeps the salad fresher instead of mixing with the fish and pasta sooner. I also like making ice cubes with lemon juice because my mom has a lemon tree and sometimes I have a lot of lemons that I don't want to throw away, so I just squeeze the juice into an ice cube tray and use it later for lemonade. or just add a cube to my drink. I was already concerned about reducing single-use plastic by washing and reusing Zip & Go plastic bags, but now with Homelux Theory bags I'm seven better because they're stronger, more durable, and I can wash them in the dishes too. Washing machine, and the previous ones I always had to hand wash and didn't always have time. All in all an amazing product that I intend to continue using even though I am considering buying more. Haven't tried the microwave or cooking [yet] but using the fridge and freezer is great.
