Received the bag in 1 day on Prime and the zipper was twisted! I couldn't close it. The bag itself was nice, soft and roomy. But I asked to be replaced because of the flash. It's been 3 days, not 1 day of Prime. The spare bag was even worse! The strap was very short, made of stiffer material, and the smell was TERRIBLE, like rotten fish! I sent it back! I still had the first bag that I liked, so my friend managed to rip off the end of the zipper, take it apart, unroll it and sew it back up. What a problem!
