Disappointing Finish with Glo Skin Beauty Tonic
Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder and with Glo Skin Beauty Phyto Active Toning, I found my skin looking dull and uneven. Through trial and error, I found that the toner lacked effectiveness and did little to improve my skin texture. However, it did not cause breakouts. The toner falls short of its claims and is not worth the investment.
