Review on HP X3000 Wireless Mouse, Blue - K5D27AA#ABL by Bryan Crayton

About what you would expect from a $12 wireless mouse

Looking back, I wouldn't have my beloved HP X4000 so cheap to replace and had to shell out an extra $20 to replace it with the same model. Instead, I laughed at the extra charge and ordered a (similar, of course) HP X3000. I regret my decision and have now spent the extra money anyway to order another X4000 because I can't live with this bad mouse every day. Whatever it is (a $12 wireless mouse), it's great and worth every penny. For the price of an average pizza (with a good coupon) you get a nice but cheap optical mouse. The buttons and scroll wheel feel flimsy and imprecise, and the single battery (as opposed to the X4000's two) makes the mouse almost weightless (which isn't great for me). The size of the mouse is also too small to be used comfortably by an adult with normal-sized hands, but it can be suitable for children, small people or incumbent US Presidents. All in all, this is a good choice if you don't know where to find a real $30 optical mouse.
