The ability for customers who have an account online or app is very beneficial because they can order without having their credit card out which helps keep them safer while shopping! I don't think there are any downsides right now but if something does come up then we would definitely let everyone know about this feature so others could benefit from being able too use us!! We help people save time by allowing our clients to shop using cashierless stores instead giving all info directly into store apps/online accounts etc..
