I got this because I needed a small backpack to fit my Macbook 12" (standard, not air, not pro, just "macbook"), and it does its job well.There is a very cute teddy bear pattern on the outside.The texture is more like a carpet or tapestry than a standard canvas and is slightly textured in places.What I really like about this bag:Fits my Macbook which doesn't have a case , but which I keep in a case - It has multiple internal pockets perfect for storing my charger - It's super light - It's practical! like the bear design - the straps don't need periodic adjustment like some backpacks I am one adult tall woman who is also fat and that suits me.
