I would like to start by saying I bought 2 of these. The first one I assembled was a little disappointing as it took me around 35-40 minutes to build. The reason for this became clear when assembling the 2nd (25 minutes). It actually makes a big difference (or was for me) just the order things are put together and learning how to pinch/punch the joints to close the gaps. The mini hammer was useless for me. Learning these little tricks makes the building process less stressful. Durability is on par with most other similar items. I wouldn't put a printer on it. I mainly use them to organize crafts for my Cricuts, glass spray cans, and the like. The rotary toggle switch itself rests at the top.
