The holder and the structure itself are very strong, withstand very well uneven gravel terrain with strong vibration. The biggest issue with this model is that it doesn't work for iPhone 11 and later, as the bands block either Face ID or the bottom of the phone for app switching, or both. When I had to switch between apps in the middle of a trip, it got annoyingly difficult. It's pretty dangerous to fiddle with your phone in the middle of a trip, switching between maps, music apps and a fitness tracker - which is quite common. For this reason I have to initiate the return of this model, although it works well for the iPhone 8 plus or similar phone models, although I'm not sure if anyone else uses this phone model.
