Review on 14 lb Arm & Hammer Slide Clumping Cat Litter for Multi Cat Households by Sarah Phillips

I'm not a big reviewer but this product got me started! I've been a cat owner/lover for as long as I can remember. Unlike dogs, cats are good at cleaning themselves, tend to be meticulous about hygiene, and don't need constant baths to control odors. Old-fashioned clay shavings only gave the cat the opportunity to dig a hole and cover his things with it. But can you pick it up? This was the future! Instead of tossing a whole box of junk in the trash, it was now much easier to just "scoop out" what you needed. But even the best conventional filler has its pitfalls. New. It was the best because it stuck together well. But did little to control the smell. Oh, and the dust? Wow, so much dust! And believe me, I've bought every variation of Fresh Step, including the Multicat, Extreme, Fabreze, etc. They all performed equally mediocre. most importantly, it clumps BETTER than anything I've ever tasted! How much better? 2x? 5x? 10X? NO! INFINITELY BETTER! accumulation of debris on the planet, but I can tell you in no uncertain terms, ZERO DUST! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! Why? Have you cleaned the cat house yet? lol! I love my cats but hate cleaning the cat box! How do I know when to clean the cat box? AHA! I WANT THE SMELL OF URINE! Arm & Hammer actually blew one out of the park with the Slide because after a full week THERE IS NO SMELL! I MEAN ZERO! ZILCH! NADA! Maybe I can get by without scooping for 2 weeks?! Just kidding! I'm lazy, but not that much! Seriously, I've never seen anything like this. One of my cats always pees in the same place. What this gives me is a HUGE PIECE to scoop out. What used to happen with Fresh Step was that it broke up into a million little balls of cat urine, gave off a HUGE stench, and then mixed back in with the rest of the litter. :( What does Slide do? Of course, if I have a huge lump to clean, it will still break, but understand that. Somehow, Slide removes the smell. Actually, what breaks doesn't break little balls and is easy to scoop out! You can tell me how excited I am for this cat litter? But wait, there's more! Revain has the best price I should buy!
