I love the color of this lip liner. However, the product does not sharpen well. Like many other reviewers (didn't read the reviews before buying) I turned down IG's recommendation for the color alone, I figured it would be a twist to pick up the pencil. It's not like that, you have to sharpen a pencil that looks like plastic. I used my sharpener and used enough product to line my lips. I tried to return the product but it is non-refundable. Terrible, I will not buy from this seller again and will not buy NYX lipstick again, I will find another brand with a similar color
