I bought this to house all my 7.5 gallons in a gankpike reef aquarium. As you can see from the picture, this thing is huge! However, it fits perfectly in the return chamber of my tank. It was easy to set up and works great! It's full so I only fill it up about a quarter and that lasts my tank for about a week. Sufficient time between water changes. To refill it you need to remove it from your tank. I use a funnel to make filling easier. I will say that the transparent design is great for checking the water level, but because it's close to the light in my tank I was afraid algae would develop in it, so I bought a cloth to cover it. So far, so good. I've been using it for several months now.
