Compatible but not working
My first problem when buying the brand was getting an error message saying the cartridge was not recognized. Now they register as compatible but don't print anything. It must be dry or something because the ink level shows it's a brand new cartridge which is full but every time we start printing the page goes blank. It's annoying, to say the least.
