I would not recommend this product as a replacement for an earphone. The connector was offset from the originals and did not match the main connector. I had to salvage the connector from my old hose so it would actually stay in the connector. And if you want a different earbud, you need to make sure the size of the hole is big enough so that it doesn't pierce the earbud like mine did. I reinserted the earbud until I found a smaller headphone jack. And I had to cut the hose off at every connection because it's your boy that got pulled out of the big connectors that the company uses.
