EDIT AFTER CONTACTING SELLER: Made seller aware of the problem who promptly apologized and offered to send replacement batteries. We hope the new ones will perform as well as the ones we bought a few years ago. Will be updated again if not.---------------------------------------------------- - - --------------------------------------- We used to have these batteries for our telephone system ordered with 3 phones and they worked great. We ordered again in September 2020 to replace the previous set. One of the three sets is used about 2-3 times a week (instead we use mobile phones most of the time), the second set can be used twice a month, the third is not used as it is in the guest room. For over a month, the first two batteries have been depleted within 15 minutes of a call, and so suddenly that there's no warning sound like we used with the previous set. We recently tried a third handset that was fully charged with the same result. Whether they're defective, expired (the batteries aren't obsolete) or just cheap replacements we can't say, but they're definitely worth their batteries. Unfortunately, it is now too late to return it.
