Review on CAIG LABORATORIES D100L 25C Contact Cleaner by Bogdan Swizzle

I swear by this stuff and have been using it for over 10 years. Dissolves oxidation and removes dirt from contact surfaces. I recently used it for rotary switch contacts. The silver plating no longer shone, but was blackened by oxidation. Applying Deoxit to the cotton swab applicator allowed me to clean the contacts (back to shiny new ones) resulting in a more secure connection. The rotary switch is on the VTVM, so having zero-resistance contacts is important to improve meter accuracy. A small amount of Deoxit is enough, so a needle dispenser is the perfect way to control how much solvent you apply.
