One of the reps saw my mail, and unbeknownst to me, Hankuke-san contacted them, asked about the problem, and sent a new kit. ***CUSTOMER SERVICE NOW*** It is clear that there will be orders with factory defects, but you must report and replace. And either my cables broke inside or it was defective because it just stopped working after a week of use.
