I have given these toys to several children and I don't think any of them were thrilled to receive them. However, I know this set really captures their imaginations because I've been asked to purchase additional sets for future gifts. Once you start building with these "blocks" you will be hooked! Visually appealing and easy to use, but allows for a variety of design subtleties. We have kids from 5 to 11 years old and their parents all play with it!
