Fair Disclosure - I am a mother of 5 swimmers and the coach of a Speedo sponsored team. In general, I like their costumes and gear, but I find the clothes short and small. These pants should have an explanation in the photo. I got them for my daughter who wears an adult small and quite short. When she tried them on, the belt was huge and the cuffs dragged on the floor. It's very unusual and we don't expect Speedo to be oversized. When we compared the pants to the photo we saw that they have a different belt - there is no trim as in the first photo. The elastic hem turned out to be on the inside of the pants and when they are turned inside out they fit my daughter perfectly - magically the waist and length work for her. Otherwise these are really good pants. They are thick and soft, with side pockets. I couldn't find any manufacturing defects. Made in Egypt. Base 78% polyester 24% cotton. Lining 60% cotton 40% polyester. Machine wash and dry.
