The result was satisfactory but unsatisfactory
I followed the application instructions. The result was ok, but not satisfactory. The hair, which was completely gray and an orange-red henna color, did not turn completely black. It turned out to be a very light shade of black. Blonde gray hair was later difficult to find. I think this works better if you only have light gray hair.
