Bought this memory for my camera as my old cards are getting old. They're also Sandisk Extreme, but they're 30MB/s cards, while those versions are 90MB/s. With a Kingston card reader, older cards transfer RAW and JPG files to your computer at 34MB/s to 38MB/s. These new cards transmit the same 10 GiG. File at a speed of 60 to 75 MB/s. I doubt I'll see any improvement in my camera, but I've managed to speed up the transfer of thousands of images at once from the card to the computer, which is twice as fast. So I'm happy. I think my bottleneck at the moment is the laptop's bus speed. I might buy a few more in case one of them fails. My laptop is several years old. So if you have a newer one with a faster bus, I don't see any reason why they shouldn't hit the advertised speed of 90MB/s or more. (Depending on your card reader). This is a good buy with a good memory. PS I only entrust my camera to Sandisk.
