Review on 🎧 Klipsch T5 Wireless Earbuds by Jake Pavelko

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I hope the app comes out soon.

I've been looking for a replacement for my Jabra Elite 65t for a long time. I really wanted something with USB-C and a sound quality at least equal to what I already have. It seemed like they were the perfect solution. They have longer battery life, they look a lot cooler, they can be charged a lot more times and faster through the case, and I love the Klipsch. In fact, my favorite pair of headphones is the Klipsch X10i. They're a bit older now, but still sound fantastic for in-ear headphones. However, they don't sound any better than the 65t. The highs and mids are a bit crisper, but the bass seems completely flat. When you turn up the volume, the bass sounds awful and distorted. On the contrary, the 65t has great bass as well as a good listen through mode when you need to hear your surroundings. Another silly thing to watch out for: if you go from 2 headphones to 1 and accidentally didn't guess which earbud it is that's paired, when you put the paired headphones in the case, it will stop your music and will not resume automatically when it connects to another headphone. I would be afraid to try the phone. It's not the end of the world, and it's certainly better than the 65t, which only lets you use the right earbud if you only want to use 1, but it would be better if the transition was smoother. But I really like this case. This is the coolest charging case on the market. Has a comfortable weight and feel. Not too uncomfortable in a jean pocket. It actually takes up less space than my 65t. I will update my rating when the app comes out soon. In the meantime I've ordered the Sony WF-1000, which looks like a Bluetooth headset that has everything I want.
