Overall a good product and a reasonable price.
Although it was too big for a popper, cutting and painting a piece of 3/8 plywood was no problem. In fact, it is less heavy than the smaller wagon. There were no instructions in the kit, but it was clear which screws went where. If you still have instructions for the popper, I think they include a basket. In general I was happy.
