Didn't last. look elsewhere

I bought this in February and by July it was dead. The fact that it's used a couple of times a month should tell you how short its lifespan was. Has stopped reliably taking on a fee. Cannot connect via Bluetooth. If it was connected I would get 2 seconds of severely distorted audio, after that it would stop. Don't turn off, just stop making sound. Cool when I missed 2 calls because I was in the same room as the speaker with my phone but didn't realize the speaker was on because it stopped turning on the power and connecting the tones and bulb power to it is unrealistically low. The phone connected brought the ringtone to the speaker but the speaker was silent. Just to clarify. I didn't use it in the shower and it never got wet. Mostly kept in my garage when I was working outside. I think it reloaded three times... maybe. The original Jam speakers were fantastic and I went with these. My first jam (the one in the jar) was probably 10 years old, super loud for the size. Good sound quality and decent bass for a small speaker. I was hoping for the same with this one, but it didn't happen. I'm done with the jam speakers. I would recommend that you look elsewhere.
