Review on πŸš€ Enhance Engine Performance with Denso 234-9050 Air Fuel Ratio Sensor by Peter Joseph

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is a 2006 Avalon oxygen sensor. Included below

This is an oxygen sensor suitable for 2GR-FE Toyota V6 engines. They are: row 1, sensor 1, right side. The application corresponds to the physical location of the hole it enters. . Bank 1 = Cylinder bank with #1 piston. Bank 2 = Cylinder bank without #1 piston. Sensor 1 = The hole it enters is in front of the catalytic converter (before the catalytic converter). Sensor 2 = The hole it goes in is after the catalytic converter (after the converter) SO> this sensor is the one on the 2006 Avalon: the one between the engine and the firewall. (this is the right side) No light between engine and radiator. I'm sorry for your luck. It's only positioned and serviced from below, but to separate this thing you have to remove the top: the wipers, the plastic grille underneath, the wiper motor, and the metal casing underneath. That. You then have access to disconnect it. It's behind the intake manifold. If you find an easier way, please let us know. Grab a rope and tie it to the sensor cable connector before going down. Use it as a guide to pull out a new one. The upper isn't as bad as it sounds, you need a 10mm and 14mm socket with an extension, that goes pretty quickly. Underside: The sensor itself requires a BOX 7/8 (or 22mm) wrench or special side cut socket. .Midway it may jam for no good reason, use penetrating oil and work back and forth until it clears. There is a clip in the center to secure and isolate the belt, rip the old one off and it just presses to apply copper sealant/anti-seize to the threads. The product is EXACTLY suitable from the manufacturer. and worth the money. 2 attempts: 1st attempt - 5 hours (2.75 hours attempting to unplug) Wrong sensor installed - downstream: (2nd attempt - 1.5 hours (no attempt to unplug)
