The Small size is perfect for me at 5-8 inches tall and weighing 140 lbs. This will definitely fit smaller individuals, but anyone heavier or taller and medium sized would be a better choice. perfect fit for a friend who usually wears medium sized clothes and is a bit taller and heavier than me (5-10 inches and 155 pounds). I don't know how their large sizes fit, but their small to medium sizes seem to be industry standard. The build quality, materials and fit are on par with my best stockings at four times the price. All in all, they exceeded my expectations and I've since bought more pairs in both the thermal and plain fabrics. Thermal fabric is very comfortable at low temperatures from 40 to 60 and 70, even on longer climbs. Calf zips are well made and stay closed, mesh shoulder straps and inserts are high quality and breathable. The upholstery is well designed and comfortable, and the overall look and design is quite pleasing. Surprisingly good value.
