defective product. for watch
It was supposed to be a very special Christmas present. When I received it today it didn't even have a button to open the watch. The watch is beautiful but broken. And tomorrow is Christmas Eve. I returned this defective product in January. I have never received a replacement or refund. Don't buy from these people, you'll lose your money. This is a scam. why am I not getting an answer?
