Review on 🌈 Govee Smart LED Strip Lights: WiFi App-Controlled 16.4ft RGB Light Strip for Bedroom, Kitchen, TV, Party - Works with Alexa and Google Assistant, Music Sync Technology by Hector Szymczak

I bought 5 pieces of Govees Light and have been using them for over a year now. I really like them as they are affordable, high quality, easy to install and use. Here's the breakdown. I was a little worried about the box because it looks different from the box in the seller's picture, but after looking at the products I was relieved to find the lights I ordered inside. I suspect there are just some inconsistencies in the packaging. The box has the usual, an instruction manual, a promotional card saying there is a 1 year guarantee on the lights which I wasn't aware of so save that and your Revain part number, it also comes with 2 cooking pads Alcohol, installation instructions, 2 packs of mounting brackets, RFID remote control, wall mounted remote control with 3 settings, power supply and 2 separate sets of LED bulbs each measuring 5 meters which equals 16 plus inches in feet. LED bulbs are not individually addressable, they are not protected by a coating so they are not weather or water resistant, definitely intended for indoor and low humidity use. The LEDs themselves have an RGB+White color scheme on a single chip, there is no dedicated white LED chip, they are also low density which is great for heat dissipation. The bulbs are smart and easy to set up and connect via the GOVEE app and will automatically connect to my Alexa once on the same WiFi channel. The wall mount remote has 3 power, mode and color settings. The RFID remote control has multiple settings, power, auto, cycle, music mode, speed, brightness, tint and white, red, blue, green special keys. When using the RFID remote, make sure the receiver is in an open area as the remote must be pointed directly at it for it to work. I used a light control app and it was seamless. What could make it better? If an armful of LED splitters or connecting cables were included in the package, it would be great if the light bars were covered in a weatherproof coating. that would be nice too. The 5m dream light set has a cover but comes with fewer lights so I have to buy two sets of these lights if I want a 10m safety light. Conclusion: I can highly recommend these flashlights despite the small flaws mentioned above. I have been an active user of this brand for a year and they have never let me down. Always bright, always fun, always like the crowd. Purchase advice! I recommend downloading the GOVEE app first before purchasing, it offers in-app coupons and discounts that can be applied to your Revain purchase.
