Review on XIRON Paperfeel Screen Protector for iPad Pro 12.9 (2021&2020&2018): High Touch Sensitivity, No Glare, Scratch-Resistant Matte Screen Protector, Compatible with Apple Pencil by Matt Woodward

At first I was afraid that this product could be a counterfeit of the official PaperLike brand (it is), but I am very happy with the result. To make installation easier, watch a short video on the PaperLike official site that shows how to create a "hinge" with tape for better placement. Once placed on the screen, this slightly rough matte screen protector really enhances the iPad experience. I love the feeling of both drawing with the Apple Pencil and using my fingers on the screen. Rubbing your fingers or a plastic-tipped pencil across bare glass works, but with this protection, it becomes a whole different experience. It really feels like writing or touching paper. No more constantly wiping dust off the screen and accidentally flipping through it. Unlike sticky regular glass, it feels dry. The protector comes with an alcohol pad, a polishing pad, a hard cardboard card with a cloth on one edge to smooth out air bubbles, and a strip of cling film to remove dust during installation. Again, I'd recommend checking out the installation video on the (competing) PaperLike website, as the installation instructions for this product are sparse. Fingerprints and glare are greatly reduced, and I hardly notice any difference in screen brightness or clarity with the screen protector. If stains appear, the protector can be easily cleaned with a damp, soft cloth. The product may seem expensive for just 1 screen protector when others are offering 2 for the same price, but if their customer service is as good as other reviewers report, it's worth it. 5 stars for a great product that has greatly improved my user experience. iPad. 7 MONTHS LATER UPDATE: Lots of videos here now including a video from the company showing the installation.
