I bought two separate packs of these extensions because my hair is very short and I wanted a lot of it. One package was brand new, with strands of hair tied with zip ties, placed in a hair net, and then placed in a silk pouch. The hair was smooth, clean and odorless. The second package I opened was used and appears to have been returned. The pieces were in a silk pouch, not fastened like new, and not in a hair net. Her hair was frizzy and tangled from being gathered and tousled in her bag, and most of the hairpins were untied from someone unfastening them and putting them on. The hair smelled like someone's shampoo, perfume or product. I am disappointed based on the value of this item. It's definitely high quality hair, but when I'm paying that much I expect to get brand new and unused. The second box I opened was missing the small extension so I am returning the second box which has clearly been used and returned. I took off a star for that because it's a bad deal. The color of these extensions matches my hair perfectly, they are of high quality, they are very easy to put on and take off as I have very thick naturally curly hair even though I have short hair.
