I like that it is easy for my family members who do not live near me to send letters or packages.

It would be nice if they could also use some of their own apps so we can have better control over how often emails are delivered (I feel as though this isn't very reliable). They don't offer much in terms of customer support other than through email - no phone number even! This may change with an upcoming update but right now our only option is via e-mail which makes things more difficult since there's never any immediate response time when you need help at times such as during holidays or weekends where people tend to go offline/unavailable. We were using Google Apps but found out after moving from one computer system to another was going to require quite a bit of work getting all information moved across again and didn't want to take away resources by having two accounts.
