Love the product myself, it has definitely helped with eye bags and discoloration. I didn't like how messy they were to put on, they were soaked in the product I get, we don't want the "masks" to dry out. I almost tore them apart slightly as they are more like a jelly-like substance. I got a bit sensitive when I first put them on (my eyes watered a bit, couldn't get the product in my eyes), they also slipped off easily so make sure you're in a relaxed state when you they use, not a good idea to move".
