What I love about ScreenBarPlus:1. Compact top clamp design compared to other traditional table lamp.2. Easy installation. It fits almost all types of morning monitors. Place it on the monitor, plug in the USB cable and you're good to go.3. User friendliness. True plug and play device. The control disk is anti-counterfeiting.4. Draft. This is a great product that combines aesthetics and functionality. The projection angle prevents light from falling directly onto the screen and into your eyes. I have a bad habit of arching my back and leaning forward toward the screen. You can adjust the monitor/light to the right height so that the light covers a certain area, if my posture is wrong the light can shine straight into my eyes. The hidden benefit is that the light becomes a reminder to pose! ScreenBar vs ScreenBarPlus It really all comes down to user experience. Workspace -> Get your regular ScreenBar, plug it in and forget about it. Note: The auto setup in the standard version only works when booting up or pressing the auto touch button. After numerous attempts to photograph from a different light source with an automatic sensor, it never "automatically” adjusts color or brightness to temperature extremes or brightness limits. And believe me, you don't want to change the temperature or brightness on a regular basis. . It just requires too much guessing about the 15-stop color temperature or brightness. However, when you share your workspace like my wife and I do, we need more, constant adjustments. I like colder colors but she prefers warmer ones. Why not. We like the automatic, but we constantly change the color temperature and brightness. The automatic feature just doesn't work for us, so the physical dial included with the ScreenBar Plus version is a MUST and makes it much more convenient than the standard version's inductive buttons. Plus, for just $20 more, we think you can get a lot more out of this bundle than just another nice and expensive light. Did I just say it's cheaper to pay more? I'm getting crazy about this WFH COVID-19. We had a hard time deciding who to go with and the above is our verdict. Hope this helps you with your decision! Be sure
