Well-made universal applique

Loved it! The appliqué is well done and yes it comes with a ribbon to make the belt. However, I sewed it vertically onto the bodice of a strapless prom dress that had an oversized straight neckline. After being denied a remake, I folded the bodice to size, hand sewed the crease in place, and used an applique to conceal the resulting crease.
