Review on 🔍 Enhanced TYC 800088P Replacement Cabin Air Filter for Optimal Performance by Harry Tulsa

I bought this item to save some money at a car dealership and learn new car care and maintenance skills. Installation is very simple, although this section does not provide instructions on how to change the filter. REPLACING THE FILTER: The cabin air filter is located behind the glove box. 1) Open the glove box and remove the contents (if necessary). 2) The glove box has two support arms - refer to removing one of the black rubber pieces from the left and right hand side of the glove box bracket. Gently pull this lever toward the center of the glove box until the round tab clears the guide, and then rotate the support arm so the round tab is at least a few inches from the guide. 3.) Repeat on the other side. Side of the glove box.**Before removing the old air filter, note which way the arrows on the filter are pointing in order to seat the new filter correctly**4.) Locate the cabin air filter assembly (black box behind the glove box ), open it by pressing the plastic tab and remove the old air filter. 5.) Place the new filter in the drawer, making sure the arrows on the filter are pointing the same as when you pulled out the old filter. 6.) Reinstall the plastic air box cover and reinsert the black plastic tabs into the glove box channels. Hope that helps!
