Strong smell and foreign packaging

Not the same product as previous purchases. Hydro Boost is usually a great product. This is not the type of packaging I am used to buying. Goods in a tube and an inscription in a foreign language! I didn't like the strong smell either. That makes me itchy. I had to return it.
