We have 2 of these for our 7 year old twins and we love them. I can set up a geofence and know when they leave the allowed zone. They can call me if they need me or I can text them and let them know if I'm going to be late to pick them up. or i can call her Love the fact that there is an SOS button where we can hear them but they can't hear us. If you didn't know it was a GPS watch, you would never know about it. They work well for us and allow us to give our children in our neighborhood a little more freedom. (I'm a helicopter parent and it gives me a sense of relief to be given more freedom.) Customer service is a bit slow. But they are working and trying to solve the problem. We had a watch that had an issue with the charging port. Support sent us a new one and we sent the old one back. It was easy.
