Order one size up and change this belt.
I have a 34" waist. I bought a belt 28-34". This belt does not leave room for expansion if a person with a 34" waist eats a lot or is in season gaining weight. my advice is to buy a bigger belt and cut it according to the instructions they give. The belt seems strong. I will buy one more size up and adjust.
