We have been massaging my son with this every night since he was 3 weeks old (now over a year old). It smells great, keeps skin soft and has become an essential part of our calming bedtime ritual. I believe this lotion (and soothing treatment) helped my son sleep through the night at a very young age! From the first night we used this lotion as part of his sleep schedule, he slept for 4 hours, woke up once and slept on for another 5 hours. He continued this trend until about 10 weeks when he started sleeping through the night!
