I actually ordered these headphones thinking they were ordinary headphones, but in fact they are even cooler! I have weird little ears and can't hold anything in my ears, usually I need hooks and they have to be small on top of that, I saw them and was so excited. The fact that they have bone conduction and I can put them on my ears is amazing. BUT the touch button on the right ear is for "play, pause, end phone calls etc" and works about 5% of the time. It's a touch button, I've tried several times and it almost never works. The rest of the non-touch buttons work. The charging cable is magnetic and snaps into place, very easy to set up. The sound is actually not that loud compared to regular headphones. It's a cool design, it's just a shame I didn't have a play button
