Since my optometrist recommended I wear an eye mask at night when I sleep under a fan, the strap on the mask began to tighten my beautiful chin length blonde (via grey). break ) hairs because they come up when I toss and turn. I tried wearing a satin sleep scarf that the YouTube video said was tied, but it kept slipping off my head early in the night. Looking at sleepyheads, most of them seem to work best for women with curly hair. Luckily I found this little gem and it lasts all night, wonderful every night. The silky inside protects my hair and the outer fabric is very soft. Not hot at all, no tightness or claustrophobia. It's just perfect for my needs.
