This set is a great way to expand your stack of Duplo blocks. In itself, there is something missing in the variety of "basins" in 1/2 height. Often curves in the work force the use of very long plates which then get in the way of other supports or rails. They also get used to a small height adjustment at some point. It also lacks high parts, which makes assembly very tedious. The included large floor panels only serve as a base when they could be more useful as stabilizing platforms when the floor is adjusted to fit other blocks. When you get this set buy large base plates and lots of smaller hollow blocks.
