So far so good. good for me

So far so good. If you wear this when you workout. You will sweat a lot in your AB region.I've had this for 2 weeks now and I wear it daily for my workouts . Word of caution. When you first get it the waist trimmer will have a serious chemical smell. What I did was I wore a wife beater under it for the first few times I used it. I was afraid that the chemical smell what damage my skin. I wasn't getting the full effects of the trimmer. So I soaked it in the sink under water for about 5 minutes and then out it in the dryer to dry. After 3 days of using all my wife beaters. I said screw it I'm gonna try on my bare stomach. I haven't had any problems. What I do after I use it is get a disinfectant wipe and a wet paper towel and wipe all the swear off the trimmer. It seems to be the answer. As far as its effectiveness with slimming your waist /abs. I believe it's working I've noticed that my stomach isn't as larger as it was before. I never had a big belly just my lower abs are just out of shape. I believe my waist is getting smaller too. I'm 5'9 140 with a 32 waist. I gain a few extra puns over the winter do I was up to 34 waist. All my 34 waist pants and shorts will fall staighy to the floor without a belt now. So I think it's working. One thing I didn't mention is its good for your back too. I'm disabled and my posture is out of wack but this waist trimmer helps me with that.

Pros
  • PREMIUM MATERIALS: High quality latex-free neoprene for thermal therapy & soft tissue support with non-slip inner layer to prevent slipping during exercise
Cons
  • The belt may not be as effective for weight loss as other workout equipment
