I like how easy it was to get started using this software - all my information went right into one place when we began our transition! The support department has been amazing as well (they have helped me solve some issues). It can be expensive if not used properly so think about your budget before purchasing/using any new programs / softwares etc.. We are able use different modules such an order processing & shipping tracking which really helps us out at times- also being linked up w other companies allows better communication between them.- I like how easy it was to set up my account, and navigate through all aspects of our software. The help documentation could be better written, but we were able to find what we needed quickly. Also, there are some features we don't use yet (like alerts), so they're not available right now. We've been using Next Matter since 2014 when we first launched our product, and have had nothing but positive experiences from them. They helped us launch our own version of their system at one point as well!
