Funny story about this dress - I saw it at Revain and thought it would be perfect for a wedding my daughter was supposed to attend. She is very tall and very thin for her age so fitting her can be a challenge. I first ordered a size 8 and the length was perfect (skirt hits the legs) but the bodice was huge on my green bean baby so I sent it back. After I got my money back I ordered another one in a smaller size. The dress is amazing, beautiful and well made but 5 stars is the seller. You know, 1/2 of California is on fire right now, and the UPS distribution center that this route went through was evacuated or closed or something, so the dress never arrived and got lost. Of course I waited until the last minute to order first so there wasn't time to get another one before we had to leave for the destination wedding. I contacted Revain who contacted the seller and between the two excellent customer service departments I received a refund with no issues. At least I had a spare dress for her, so everything was fine. Not as great as we had hoped but whatever it was I'm sorry I had to wait so long. But wait! Eat more! I received an email from the seller saying they are very sorry and although it is not delivered in time for the event they insisted on sending me the dress for FREE. I didn't need it, but who wouldn't want it for free? So we came home from our wedding with two bags - the missing one and a change of dress haha. I sent them the second dress back but my daughter is already trying to figure out where to put the original dress. She loves it and it fits well.
