Very well made, stiff at first but comfortable to wear with regular wear. When I received it there were no protruding threads or fraying. All of the hardware is solid and seems to last quite a while. I didn't feel any sharp edges, but if they do, they can be easily melted with a lighter. As far as budget watch straps go, this one is great and I would definitely recommend it.
