Very light shoe, comfortable, good for walking
Very light shoes - I was surprised how little they weigh. They are quite comfortable, good arch support. I put them on straight out of the box on the treadmill. They were good for running.

- Good shoes for walking, comfortable and no pain in feet. It's nice to have a wide width
Cons
- Shoes can be too heavy for some people
